From their first contact with our staff, to the day they get their last check in the mail, we want our consignors to feel confident that they selected the best partner to find new homes for the fine furnishings that no longer fit their lives.
How does the consignment process work?
1) Show us your stuff: Email photos to: info@dwconsignment.com or, for larger quantities (more than 3 rooms) or full estates, schedule a preview appointment. (Smaller items can be brought into the shop any time during normal business hours.)
2) Once we have established a fair market value for your things, you can set up a convenient time to bring everything into the shop or have it delivered (use your favorite delivery service or we can refer you to ours).
3) We display your item for 90 days (although our average sales time is 14-21 days). To keep the process fair, we have designed the following markdown and consignment share schedule:

(If market conditions warrant, we reserve the right to run discretionary promotions or sales outside this schedule.)
4) The computer automatically generates checks each week. You can expect the first check on a new consignment to be sent out about 30 days following the date of sale.
